Step 1

Join us for our next cohort by registering online—it’s quick and simple!

Step 2

You will start your weekly sessions led by industry experts and will be joined by business leaders like yourself. Our hybrid programme structure means face-to-face teaching will be alternated with interactive online sessions.

Step 3

Throughout the course, your personal mentor will help you to think about key areas to take your business to the next level. Your peers share their business experience and ideas, so you take advantage of fresh eyes to grow your business as well.

Final phase: certification

  • Work for a Small or Medium-sized Enterprise based in the United Kingdom
  • Employ between 5 and 249 employees
  • Be a member of the senior leadership team and have direct reports.

With a combination of in-person classes and online sessions, the programme is specifically designed to work around busy schedules like your own. Moreover, Help to Grow Management helps business leaders get back in the driver’s seat and take control of their business’s strategic view of future development and growth. You’ll learn how to delegate and help your employees become better at problem solving, freeing up more time for you to get back to developing your vision for
the business.

The programme is designed to fit next to a full-time work schedule; the time commitment is 50 hours over 12 weeks. It
uses a combination of online and face-to-face sessions. Case study workshops give you the opportunity to apply the
concepts being taught to real-life situations faced by business leaders like yourself.

By the end of the course, you will have developed a tailored Growth Action Plan to help you lead and develop your
business and realise its full potential. Throughout the programme you’ll be supported by your dedicated mentor. You’ll
also learn from peers and network with businesses like your own. The programme is delivered by Kingston University Business School, a world class university that has been a leading provider of entrepreneurship education in the country.
